MS4 & Rule 5 Filing – These two rulings are used to develop, implement, manage and enforce an erosion and sediment control program to further reduce the amount of sediment (a leading cause of impairment in rivers and lakes) and other on site pollutants in construction run-off.  This applies to construction activities that disturb one or more acres of land.  A comprehensive written document that addresses storm water run-off quality must be filed locally and with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).

Renderings – Would you like to see what the finished product looks like before it is built?  Do you need to raise funds to support your project?  Our office can develop a rendering – a drawing giving a perspective view of a proposed building or development to show a more artistic representation of how it will look when completed, including landscaping.
